How do I do a combo?
To do combos you must use a combination of buttons and special moves to produce multiple hits.

How do I knock my opponent off a stage?
You must hit him or her with the final blow when they are close to the edge. Any type of hit that knocks the opponent up will do.

Which stages can I knock the opponent off of?
On certain stages you can only knock opponents off on a specific side. You cannot knock an opponent off any stage not listed here.

Is Kim Wu’s Dragon Punch pop-up also one of her special moves?
No. Her Dragon Punch move can only be done as a pop-up.

How do you get the special colors for your characters?
In order to get the gold and shadow colors, you must beat Training on the hardest level. If you get an overall grade of an A, you get gold. If you get all A’s, you will get gold and the shadow.

Is Jago’s “Spirit Move” from the arcade in the N64 version?
No. This move was taken out of the game.

What information will save to the N64 Controller Pak?
Only the special colors and up to level three options will save to the N64 Controller Pak. This requires at least 3 pages of available memory.

My game doesn’t save the highest combos. Why not?
Highest combos will not save if you have the Cheap Juggle option on.

How do I start a two-player game?
Player Two can press Start on Controller Two at any time to enter the game.

Which characters from the first KI are missing?
Cinder, Riptor, and Chief Thunder. These characters are not in KI Gold.

How do I get on the record screen that show up when you turn the game on?
If you are able to break a record, your initials will automatically appear on this screen.

Are the Killer Endings from the arcade version in the game?
No. There is only one ending per character.
